The Humanitas Academy at El Camino Real offers an academically enriched, interdisciplinary, and writing-based curriculum that develops skills for academic success. Students in the academy share the same Humanitas teachers who work together to develop thematic units that challenge students to make connections between the subjects they are studying. The Humanitas Academy also provides a variety of grade level activities, community service projects, and field trips that reinforce course content, foster unity, and encourage students to extend their learning beyond the classroom.
